My story and background
Luciapoint started with an idea that stayed with me after a trip to St. Lucia with my husband. Standing in front of the iconic Pitons, I remember thinking about how much I wanted to build something of my own—something strong, lasting, and meaningful. When I eventually decided to turn that idea into a business, I wanted the name to have a personal connection to where that dream began. That’s how Luciapoint came to be.
I bring more than 20 years of operational management experience across healthcare, compliance, finance, workforce management, and business operations. Throughout my career, I’ve been responsible for keeping things moving behind the scenes—managing people, solving problems, coordinating vendors, monitoring budgets, maintaining standards, and ensuring things actually get done.
I’ve also spent years on the client side of vendor relationships, so I know how important it is to have people you can depend on. I know the frustration of waiting for a callback, following up on work that is past the deadline, and wondering what ever happened to customer service—or coordinating several companies for different facility needs.
I created Luciapoint Facility Solutions because I wanted to offer businesses something better: one dependable company they can call for commercial cleaning and a variety of facility needs, with the communication, accountability, and personal attention I would expect for my own business.
